We needed our ignitor replaced in our oven, the technician was very knowledgeable with all the working of a gas oven. I will be calling them for all my appliance repairs. Also very responsible pricing!

9/28/2021 Dmitry resuscitated our old Maytag dryer today. This business is an example of the service all businesses should employ. From the person answering the phone to the tech, everything was done quite professionally. He even gave us some advice on our other appliances. Thank you for a job well done!

I would like to leave a review on the best work of the DGI service. I had a problem with my washing machine, but the DGIs came along very soon. In a quick time, they did their job very well, as well as giving practical advice. DGI I really liked your work. What's good is that it's also financially affordable.

We were having an issue with our Dryer (newly purchased) and were getting the run around for warranty. Because we have kids, needs this fixed asap. Called DGI. They came almost immediately, looked at our dryer, fixed it, & gave us tips on how to prevent needing repairs and maintenance. They were quick, clean and efficient and best of all, did NOT break the bank! If I have anything else not working I'll be calling DGI!

Dishwasher problem... We were very pleased with the service. The technician (Dmitry) was very helpful. He came on time and was very professional. He resolved the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use DGI for future services.

We called DGI to replace a leaking hose on our dishwasher. We called them and they asked for the make & model of our dishwasher. With that info, the lady was able to give us the price of parts & labor right away. They ordered the part and gave us time & date of when the repair person will be coming. The repair guy came today with the part. He looked at the leak and repaired the leak instead of replacing the hose for half the quoted price. If the repair fails, he will come back to replace the hose and just charge us for the remaining half. Who does that these days. I gladly recommend them.

My appliances are very dear to me. So when my dryer went down it really killed me. Had to do it the old way hanging my clothes outside yuck. So got in touch with DGI the young lady who answers the phone was just so customer centered. Then my hero came got it working in a matter of minutes!!!! Life back to normal. Excellent service & the technician arrived at the exact time.

Great service and reasonable price. Called to report my Samsung LCD TV problem around 7:30 pm on Friday and the TV was fixed the next morning before 11:00 am. Thank you DGI, you will get my business for all appliances and I will recommend you to others.

Repaired my dishwasher without selling me a part I did not need. Unusual, since many repair shops take advantage of customers who do not have the technical knowledge to defend themselves. I recommend him highly.
