Called DGI when the heater in our

We called DGI to replace a leaking hose on our dishwasher. We called them and they asked for the make & model of our dishwasher. With that info, the lady was able to give us the price of parts & labor right away. They ordered the part and gave us time & date of when the repair person will be coming. The repair guy came today with the part. He looked at the leak and repaired the leak instead of replacing the hose for half the quoted price. If the repair fails, he will come back to replace the hose and just charge us for the remaining half. Who does that these days. I gladly recommend them.
Technician made a temporary fix on my Thermador wall oven by switching igniters, since I needed the oven fixed for the holidays. He came back in 2 days and completed the repair. Very happy with this company and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
